Most of the itineraries do not include the first nights' accommodation in Arusha and the transfer
    (NAIROBI - ARUSHA - NAIROBI).

Surcharges:
Extra costs incurred because of change or extension of itinerary by client.
Extra porter (allocation is one porter per climber).
Transfer Nairobi - Arusha - Nairobi (choices include public shuttle bus, private tour van and air
     flight).
Accommodation in Arusha for one night. (this does not apply for TMT'S 51,52, 55)
