DAY 1: SAMBURU Morning departure for the Samburu Game Reserve. Lunch and afternoon game-viewing in the Reserve noted for the rare and unusual reticulated giraffe and Grevy's zebra. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Lodge. DAY 2: SAMBURU Full day in Samburu Game Reserve with morning and afternoon game viewing. Meals and overnight at Samburu Lodge. DAY 3: TREETOPS Breakfast and drive to Nyeri for lunch at the Outspan Hotel, after which special transport takes you to the Treetops for all night game viewing. Dinner and overnight at Treetops. DAY 4: NAIVASHA Descend into the Great Rift Valley for a visit to Lake Nakuru National Park, the world famous flamingo sanctuary. Lunch and continue to nearby Lake Naivasha. Dinner and overnight at the Lake Naivasha Lodge. DAY 5: MAASAI MARA Proceed to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Afternoon game viewing in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve, which borders the Serengeti Park in Tanzania. Meals and overnight at Keekorok Lodge. DAY 6: MAASAI MARA Spend day tracking game in the Maasai Mara, home to large herds of wildebeest, zebra, giraffe, elephant and buffalo. Stalking lion, leopard and cheetah are close by. Meals and overnight at Keekorok Lodge. DAY 7: NAIROBI After breakfast return to Nairobi. |
