Amboseli
Game Reserve
Just 250 km south of
Nairobi, Amboseli is dominated by Mt. Kilimanjaro. Elephant, black rhino,
lion, leopard, cheetah, giraffe and buffalo are to be seen here in addition
to such plains game as zebra and eland.

Aberdare
National Park
160 Km north of Nairobi,
the Aberdare are made up of thick rain forests and spectacular waterfalls.
On the upper plateau of the Aberdare National Park, eland, small antelope
and rhino are to be found. Almost 8,000 ft. high is Ark with its salt
lick and from where you can see the elusive bongo, elephant, rhino, buffalo
and giant hog.

A drive of 360 km.
North-east of Nairobi is Meru which was the setting of Joy Adamson's experiences

Game Reserve

of Nairobi, Samburu is a small and attractive Game reserve on the banks
